There is a lot of buzz this week about Ribbit, the latest entrant into the VoIP platform race. Ike Elliot wants to know why it will be different this time and points out that the problem may not be the tools:
the real deficit here is not the lack of a platform, but the lack of imagination
I agree. The problem is not the tools; the problem is identifying a problem that matters to anyone. Without a “problem” there is no need for a solution. And defining the problem as “we need a better VoIP platform” doesn’t count.
