Miguel Estrada has withdrawn his bid for the federal bench. From the story in the New York Times:
“…Dr. Frist said, adding that it pointed up flaws in the Senate confirmation process.”
I guess he means the “flaw” that occasionally prevents GW from getting what he wants.
