Mr Blog... Mr Blog... Log on to Mr Blog... Blogging website.

"The blog is named in honor of a TV ad jingle for a certain Chinese fast-food chain here in the San Francisco Bay area, particularly well-known in the Silicon Valley. It was also originally meant as a good-natured jab at the blog craze at the turn of the 21st century and an ironic exaggeration of the ego-centric blog names common at the time."

Taglets.org to be shutdown October 22, 2010.

I’m sad to see it go, but the time as come.

We’ve enjoyed the experiment with Taglets.org this past year and a half, but it’s time to move on and shutdown the service. We haven’t driven the sort of usage we originally had hoped. Thanks for joining with us while we attempted to see if Taglets was useful at scale. We truly appreciate it.

The service will stop functioning Friday, October 22, 2010. For those of you using the service by way of the WordPress Taglets Feeder plugin, you may wish to uninstall the plugin to avoid posting to the Taglets service.

Respectfully,

Moving Political commentary to separate blog

Administrivia:

Prospectively, I will be posting most of my political commentary on a separate blog: There, I said it

I’ll be shifting the focus of Mr Blog back toward various technology related issues. I’ll limit political posts here to those more related to the tech. sector, and less general politics. I’ll use my There, I said it blog for general poltical commentary from here on out.
