I have been paying for people’s phone calls for over a year now and this is what it gets me? Who needs it.
My experience is that customers of "lower-end" offerings are higher maintenance than those who pay for the higher-end stuff. I imagine that translates into "free" and "paid" services, too.
I wouldn’t let one ungrateful customer ruin your day.
