Slingbox tech support – Groundhog day
I’ve been dealing with Slingbox support over trying to get one of their boxes working for a while now, as mentioned previously.
Even though I have a ticket number, and always reference it, each email or other interaction is like starting all over again. They say “Do A”. I do that and tell them “here’s what happened when I did A, as you instructed” and they say “Do B” and pretty soon we are back at “Do A” again.
Utterly useless.
