		<description>Don&#039;t waste time complaining to the scraper, or the scraper&#039;s ISP.  Scrapers are in it for the Google juice, and the way to handle them and keep them away is to send a DMCA Takedown letter straight to Google.  (I have a letter -- mail me if you want it.)
