• “Requirements for Consent-Based Communications in the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)”, Jonathan Rosenberg
• “Certificate Management Service for The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)”, Cullen Jennings, Jon Peterson

That last is of particular interest to me in potentially providing assertions of identity in SIP interconnect scenarios (see my SIP Wiki entry on the subject: SIP Security and SPAM Prevention).
