The Register reports that the Israeli Ministry of Commerce has suspended all governmental contracts with Microsoft after Israeli Antitrust Authority director general Dror Strum finally declared Microsoft a monopoly.
Apparently a contributing factor is outrage over Microsoft’s refusal to support Urdu, Hebrew and Arabic on non-Windows platforms (specifically Mac OS X).
