According to this CNN story Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld is in no rush to try the suspected terrorists being held at Guantanamo Bay and prefers to hold them there indefinitely with no judicial process, to the outrage of legal experts, human rights groups, and many countries.
Rumsfeld behaves more like Hussein with each passing day. This guy is dangerous and represents a tremendous threat to our national security, to say nothing of International stability and the rule of law.
