		<description>I don&#039;t know if you already figured it out or not, but you can in fact use video with the Gaim Confmgr plug-in.  All you have to do is run &#039;vic&#039; stand-alone with the following arguments:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;vic 209.179.5.136/15920&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you don&#039;t have vic, you can grab Linux binaries here:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
  http://www.research.earthlink.net/software/mbone/linux_binaries.tar.gz&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
