It was also originally meant as a good-natured jab at the blog craze at the turn of the 21st century and an ironic exaggeration of the ego-centric blog names common at the time."

BBC Program

We saw this program advertised on TV when we were in London.

What The World Thinks of America

It was broadcast in the UK on BBC Two 17 June 2003, but you can watch it now at the above BBC website.

During the program, they accepted email and SMS from viewers and displayed selected quotes across a banner at the bottom of the screen. My favorite was along the lines of “I like America and their pursuit of life, liberty, and happy meals.”
